Terms of Use

Version of July 20, 2026. These terms apply between you and Receita Lucrativa, the app published in the stores as "Recipe Cost & Pricing", developed by F98K Solutions. By using the app and the Digital Menu, you accept what is written here. We wrote this in plain language on purpose: a document you cannot understand tells you nothing. ## What Receita Lucrativa is Receita Lucrativa is a management tool for people who make and sell food. You use the app to calculate costs, price recipes, organize orders, track inventory and follow the finances of your business. The Digital Menu is one part of that tool. It publishes a web page with the items you choose, and lets your customer build an order and send it to you over WhatsApp. We are the tool. We are not a store, we do not run a storefront that pools products from many people, and we do not sell anything on your menu. You are the seller. ## To publish, you have to identify yourself Using the app requires no sign-up. Publishing the menu does. To publish, you have to do two things: link a Google or Apple login to your account, and verify a phone number with the code we send by SMS. The number you verify becomes the public contact number of your menu. It is where your customer's order is sent over WhatsApp, and anyone who opens your page can reach it. It is not the number you type into the app: it is the verified number, and only that one. If the phone you use is your personal one and you do not want it to be public, verify a different number before you publish. We do it this way because a published menu is an open page on the internet, under your responsibility. Whoever publishes has to be reachable: by the customer who is going to buy, and by us, if the content breaks the law. ## You are responsible for what you publish Everything on your menu is yours: photos, names, descriptions, ingredients, prices, lead times, delivery terms and any notice you write. You are solely responsible for that content. This covers what you publish and what you promise your customer. We do not review, approve or check your menu before it goes live. Publish only what is yours or what you have the right to use. If you use someone else's photo or text without permission, that is on you. ## What cannot be published Some items can never go on the menu: illegal drugs, weapons, ammunition, medicines, and any product whose sale is controlled or prohibited by law. It is also prohibited to use the menu, the photos, the texts or any free-text field for: antidemocratic acts; terrorism or preparatory acts of terrorism; inducing, instigating or assisting suicide or self-harm; incitement to discrimination based on race, color, ethnicity, religion, national origin, sexuality or gender identity; crimes against women; sexual crimes against vulnerable persons and child pornography; human trafficking. This kind of content is removed as soon as we identify it, without prior notice, and may be reported to the authorities. ## Content removal and menu suspension We may remove an item or suspend your entire menu when the content violates these terms or the law. When that happens, we notify you and tell you the reason. You keep access to the app and to your data. What goes offline is the public page. The decision is always made by a person on our team, with the reason on record — it is not automatic. The suspension attaches to the person, not to the address. It is tied to the phone number you verified, which is why changing your menu's address, publishing another one, or deleting your account and starting over does not lift it. The Privacy Policy, under "If your menu is suspended", explains exactly what we keep so that this works, for how long, and why. If you disagree, contest it. Write to profitrecipe-support@receitalucrativa.com explaining your case. We review it and reply. If you are right, the menu goes back up and we delete the suspension records. Contesting stays possible even after you delete your account. Write the same way, telling us the number you had verified: that is how we locate the record. Anyone can also report a page through the "Denunciar" (Report) link at the bottom of every published menu. ## We are not part of the sale The sale is between you and your customer. We do not enter that relationship. In practice: we do not process payment, we do not receive the order's money, we do not charge commission on what you sell, and we do not broker, hire or guarantee delivery. An order that arrives through the menu is a message, not a closed purchase. You are the one who agrees on price, lead time, payment method and delivery, directly with your customer. You are also the one who answers for the product, its quality, the deadline, exchanges and refunds. ## Your customers' data When your customer places an order, they give a name, a contact, and an address when it is a delivery. They may also write notes. That data belongs to your customers, and you are the one who decides what to do with it. Under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD), you are the controller of that data and we are the processor: we handle it on your behalf, for a single purpose, which is getting the order to you. We keep each order for 90 days and then delete it automatically. We do not use your customers' data to sell anything and we do not pass that data to third parties. You have duties here too. Use the data only to fulfill the order, and answer your customers when they ask for access, correction or deletion. The Privacy Policy explains the rest. ## Your business's compliance is yours We do not check anything about what you sell. You are responsible for the product and its safety, for labeling, allergen and expiry information, for licensing and health-inspection rules, and for taxes, invoices and the obligations of your tax regime. We are not your accountants and not your lawyers. The numbers the app calculates support your decision. The decision is yours. ## Premium plan The Premium plan is offered via in-app subscription through the App Store or Google Play. Payment, renewal and cancellation are managed by the store platform. Refer to Apple's or Google's terms for details on refund policies. If the subscription ends, you do not lose your data. Some features become limited and the menu shows fewer items. ## Intellectual property The app, the design, the brand and the features of Receita Lucrativa are ours. You may not copy, modify, resell or distribute the app or any part of it. The content you create stays yours. Publishing it on the Digital Menu only gives us the technical permission to display that content on your public page while it is live. ## Limitation of liability The app is provided as is. We do not guarantee that it will meet all your needs, or that it will run without faults or interruptions. We are not liable for the business or financial decisions you make based on the app's numbers, nor for the relationship between you and your customers. ## Changes to these terms We may change these terms. When a change is relevant, we ask you to accept the new version inside the app. That is what the version date at the top of this page is for. Small adjustments, such as a text fix or a clearer example, take effect without a new acceptance. If you do not accept the new version, you may stop using the Digital Menu.
